The same team builds custom connected devices for consumer and industrial products: firmware, PCB design, cloud and data platforms. We can design and manufacture from scratch, or take over an existing product and bring it to mass production. Engineering (R&D) is scoped and charged as a separate phase.

DFM review
Before any tooling is cut we check your CAD and samples: materials, tolerances, draft, wall thickness.

Mold financing

Samples & T1 sign-off
You approve physical samples and first-article parts in writing before serial production starts.

Lab batch testing
Every batch passes the plant laboratory before it ships: CMM, optical spectrometer, hardness, salt spray, tensile.

Staged 30 / 30 / 40 payments
You pay against confirmed results; third-party inspection (SGS / TÜV / QIMA) clears the final payment.

03Where we manufacture
Our manufacturing partner: LEAN AUTO Co., Ltd.
Established 2002 in Ningbo (Beilun district). We run the engineering, sourcing, quality and contracts around the plant.
The plant is not ours. We are its partner and we supervise your production inside it. That framing never changes.

Tooling cluster
In the heart of the Ningbo and Beilun tooling-and-casting cluster. The nearest mold shop is about 500 m away, so our engineers walk to trials and corrections. That is the difference between continuous supervision and reviewing photographs once a quarter. Injection and casting molds including large-format tooling, with fill and solidification analysis before the steel is cut. Leading hot-runner systems: Mold-Masters, Husky, DME, YUDO.
